The Prop Masters Dream Exhibit

Brief: Create a traveling pop-up exhibit promoting the documentary about the making of The Prop Masters Dream Opera (a Cantonese opera about Wah-Kwan Gwan a legendary prop master) in groups of 3-4 people. Each group will have to build and present a mockup of a small part of their design at the end of the project.
The restrictions of the exhibit were:
- Easy to transport in a car and put together by a few people.
- Has to be within the given dimensions.
- Can include the given movie poster

I explored the idea of layering and "prosceniums" as seen in opera theatres, this helped our group come up with the concept of "layering" for our exhibit. I was mostly involved with the graphics and collaborated with other members to bring the graphics to life in a layered exhibit that would sit on a table top. Below is my individual process and the parts of the project i contributed towards.
